SpeciaL Pan De SaL









Special Pan De Sal



Ingredients:


  • ½ Kilo All - Purpose Flour 
  • 6 tablespoon brown sugar  
  • ½ tablespoon salt 
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter or oil 
  • 1/3 Cup Condensed Milk or Fresh Milk 
  • ½ tablespoon Yeast 
  • ½ Cup Water 
  • 1 – 2 pcs. Eggyolk 
  • Ihanda ang Breadcrumbs

Procedure:


  1. Tunawin ang yeast sa tubig, lagyan ng kaunting asukal, haluin lang at itabi. 
  2. Pagsamahin ang harina, asukal at asin. Salain para mawala ang nagbuo-buo. 
  3. Ang itinabi na yeast kapag bumula na ay ihalo ang itlog, milk,at butter. 
  4. Ihalo ngayon sa harina at umpisahang masahin. 
  5. Budburan ng kaunting harina ang iyong masahan o kaya sa maliis na mesa. Masahing lang ng mabuti. 
  6. Kapag sa tingin niyo ay puydi na, ang dough ay ilagay sa bowl na nilagyan ng kaunting mantika ikalat lang. Takpan at patubuin hanggang umalsa. 
  7. Paalsahin sa medyo mainit na Lugar. 
  8. Kung sa tingin ninyo ay dumoble na ang laki ito ay puydi na. 
  9. Ihanda na ang baking pan at bread crumbs. 
  10. Ilatag ang dough sa mesa at hiwain pahaba. Unahin paghiwa sa gitna.  E rolyo at hiwain ng pa-diagonal at igulong sa bread crumbs. At ilagay sa baking pan. 
  11. Takpan at paalsahin ulit, hanggang dumoble ulit ang size niya. 
  12. Kapag umalsa na ay painitin ang Oven sa 160°C 
  13. Oras: 16 - 18 Minutes, hanggang maging golden brown.

Preheat Oven:       160°C

Time:                   16 - 18 Minutes


Note:

Kung may Bread Maschine kayo iyon ay puyding gamitin. Sundin lang ang Paggawa sa Dough.

Kung wala kayong Bread maschine ay masahin nalang sa kamay, 12 - 15 minutes hanggang sa tingin ninyo ay puydi na.

Ginataan Na Hipon






Ingredients:
Combine in:

  • 1 Kilo Prawns 
  • 1 - 2  can coconut milk 
  • 1 pc. broth cube ( Maggi cube ) 
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce ( patis ) 
  • 1 thumb ginger ( luy-a ), sliced 
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed 
  • 2 pcs. Medium sized onions, sliced 
  • 1 stalk Lemon grass / Or: tanglad ( Or: Lemon Powder ) 
  • 1 pc. red hot chilli, sliced ( Optional ) 
  • 8 pcs. black  whole pepper, crushed 
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
Cooking Procedure:

  1. Wash Prawns. 
  2. Combine all ingredients and put in a pot.  Simmer for 45 - 60  minutes or until sauce is thickens. Stir occasionally. 
  3. Correct seasoning 
  4. Serve with rice. Enjoy! Kain Tayo

Deluxe Mini Pizza

Ingredients:

Topping:
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Mozarella, chopped
  • Bacon / Ham / Schinken, chopped
  • Salami, chopped
Geen leafy Parsley, chopped, put on top of mini pizza
Note: You can also use any kind of ingredients-topping if you wish.

Making Pizza Dough:
This recipe will make enough Pizza dough for two. " Deluxe Mini Pizzas, it's a good place to start if you've never hand-made dough before. It's not too much to work with at one time and requires no special machinery, (except your hands).
  • 1 1/2 Cups  Warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 - 1/4 oz. Packet or 2 1/4 tsp. - active dry yeast, (fresh, not out-dated)
  • 1 1/2 Tsp.  Salt
  • 2 Tbsp.  Olive oil
  • 4 Cups -  All-purpose flour
  1. Mix water yeast and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 10 mins. Add remaining ingredients and knead the dough for 8-12 Minutes until elastic.
  2. Now Your can start making your Deluxe Mini Pizza by putting the Topping ingredients.
  3. Bake 12 - 15 Minutes. Or until golden brown. Serve hot. And you can serve also with Tabasco.

Circulation:          15 - 18 minutes at 180 ° C
