Ginger Prawns With Coconut Milk


Ingredients:

Combine in:

1 Kilo Prawns
1 - 2  can coconut milk
1 pc. broth cube ( Maggi cube )
1 tablespoon fish sauce ( patis )
1 thumb ginger ( luy-a ), sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 pcs. Medium sized onions, sliced
1 stalk Lemon grass / Or: tanglad ( Or: Lemon Powder )
1 pc. red hot chilli, sliced ( Optional )
8 pcs. black  whole pepper, crushed
½ teaspoon Salt

Cooking Procedure:

Wash Prawns.
Combine all ingredients and put in a pot.  Simmer for 45 - 60  minutes or until sauce is thickens. Stir occasionally. Correct seasoningServe with rice
