Ingrediends:
4 eggs hard boiled cut in half
1 small Carrots (grated)
1 Cucumber sliced
2 pcs. Tomatoes sliced
1 small red onion sliced
Dressing:
2 tablespoon extra virgin oil
1 – 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Honey, raw | or: 1 teaspoon white sugar
Parsley or Scallion
Salt and pepper to taste.
Garnishing:
Basilicom
Instruction:
- Boil Eggs
- Combine vegetables and toss very well.
- combine dressing ingredients and pour over vegetable salad.
- Top with boiled eggs.
- Garnish with fresh basilicom
- Enjoy!
